How we handle your data
UK GDPR. Your data is held in the EU. You can export or delete your account at any time.

What we hold
Account email, name, phone, address and postcode (used for pickup eligibility). Dog details, vaccination evidence, vet contact and emergency contact (used for safe daycare). Booking and payment history (HMRC retention applies).
Where it’s held
Supabase, in the EU (London region). We do not move personal data to US-based services unless unavoidable.
Retention
Booking records: 7 years (HMRC). Dog updates and photos: 2 years. Inactive customer dog profiles: 3 years from last booking. Tour requests: 12 months.
